HR Intern
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR records, including employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Contribute innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Support the HR team in conducting new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, including creating content for newsletters and company announcements.
- Help organize and participate in company-wide meetings, team-building exercises, and recognition programs.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, leaves of absence, and time-off requests.
- Collaborate with the PR team to support external communications and company branding initiatives.
- Participate in HR-related projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of HR-related information.

- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in front-end and/or back-end web development.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in web development through personal projects, internships, or previous employment is highly desirable.
Duration and Compensation:
- This is a Full-time position, and we look for long term stability. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
