Web Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop responsive and visually captivating websites that meet our brand's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Utilize your out-of-the-box thinking and creative mindset to bring unique ideas and solutions to the table, pushing the boundaries of web development.
- Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code using the latest web development technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with other developers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our web development process.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Develop and implement website enhancements and new features to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality and appearance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of website launches and updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical team members.
Required Skills
- Creativity in web design and a keen eye for aesthetics to build visually impressive websites.
- A presentable and professional demeanor, as you may occasionally interact with clients or stakeholders.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in web development through personal projects, internships, or previous employment is highly desirable.
Duration and Compensation
- This is a Full-time position, and we look for long term stability. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
